SHIPPING & FULFILMENT

ORKEN products are fulfilled through our international distribution network partner Quartermaster Logistics.

Orders are routed to the appropriate fulfilment hub based on your shipping destination and available regional inventory. We currently fulfil from hubs serving North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia / New Zealand, and Asia.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and the fulfilment location handling your shipment.
We currently do not offer free shipping.

Where possible, orders are fulfilled regionally to reduce shipping distance, delivery time and unnecessary cross-border charges.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
